The XIII Olympic Winter Games were held in Lake Placid, New York (USA). Among the athletes that last in time are Eric Heiden, winner of 5 medals in speed skating, and the U.S. team of ice hockey, who managed a feat to beat the Soviet Union in the final group (Miracle on Ice) .
















The 1984 Olympic Games were held in Los Angeles, United States, between July 28 and August 12. Attended 6,797 athletes (5,230 men and 1,567 women) from 140 countries competing in 21 sports and 221 specialties.
